Another reason why I dread school is...... I ALWAYS seem to gain weight.
:/ Tch. Sianxyz to the max.
During the holidays I can weigh as low as 44kg. But this is credited to poor sleeping and eating habits. For eg, I'd sleep at wee hours in the morning and only wake up in the evening. This means I skipped my breakfast , lunch and dinner.
Thus, I take at most a meal per day. And since, Ive not eaten anything before waking up, I will gorge on food that I desire without feeling sinful. Like steak.
Oh gawsh..
Im about to drool by just looking at a picture of it.
*Slaps self*

Thanks to my dear friend A.K, I managed to find some awesome workout videos from BODYROCK.TV .
So my daily routine from yesterday onwards(Yes...I started ytd), was to do this warm up first...
Followed by this 12 mins work out! I know you will probably think it's ridiculous at what a mere 12 mins work out will do but dont belittle this okay! Within the first few minutes I felt like Im about to die. SERIOUSLY. It is thaaaat intense. No joke. Try it yourself!
And according to Zuzanna(The hot babe in the vid), SUGAR is my enemy! And so are CARBS! Actually, can take carbs lah. Just moderate and must make sure u did your work out first before u can eat any form of carbs.
So, this is me after working out.
CUI to the max.... But it shows the aftermath of just 12 mins of intense workout.
Just need to get rid of that stupid flab of fats on my belly and arms and thighs...........
To be honest, Im not sure if I could keep up with this for long. But Im keeping my fingers crossed.
47kg. 27inches. PLEASE KILL ME. BAH.
Iwillloseweightiwillloseweightiwillloseweight! FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT!! Wish me luck peeps!
The root of the word “collagen” is very apt in two ways. Collagen means, “glue producer” (kola = glue in Greek) – as glue was derived from early times by boiling animal hooves and sinew to make glue.
Collagen is a protein and is found in all body parts, including the largest organ of the body - the skin – and is made up of three strands of repeating amino acids coils coiling into the unique collagen triple helix.
